Relative Strength Analysis of Commodity Gold vs S&P500 09/01/2016.

No doubt that the Commodity Gold as well as TLT (iShares Barclays 20 + Bond Fund) has started out performing the US Benchmark S&P500 during the course of the week. As to how long and the extend of the move may be, remains to be seen off course.

Main window is the ratio analysis (relative strength) between the commodity Gold and S&P 500 and the middle window is the ratio analysis between iShares Barclays 20+ Bond Fund and the S&P500.

At the third and the bottom window, Commodity Gold vs TLT, one may argue that the commodity Gold is marginally outperforming TLT.

This may be seen as an indication of flight for safety at present.

On a different note, last week we had EWA ( Australia ETF ) out performing SPY ( S&P 500 ) SPDR in the short term, but that short term out performance had sizzled out.
